The Wellness Inventory helps reveal your current state of wellness, provides feedback to enable you to create wellness goals based on those areas of your life you are most highly motivated to change, and suggests resources to help you successfully achieve your goals.

The program is also designed to help motivate you to stick with your wellness plan and achieve your goals using the mechanisms below.

My Wellness Journal
Document your wellness journey with the "My Wellness Journal" feature. This allows you to record your observations and insights every day in all 12 areas of wellness in order to help you better understand your inner and outer life and chart your journey's progress.




Wellness Self-Study Center
The Self-Study Center contains insightful commentaries on each the 10 wellness statements in the 12 sections of the assessment (120 statements total). To help you gain a deeper understanding of how any statements relate to your personal life, you can read the commentaries connected with those areas you are most motivated to change.



Wellness Resource Centers
Each of the 12 sections of the Wellness Inventory has a corresponding Wellness Resource Center that offers recommended reading, educational CDs, and related products and services—designed to be helpful in improving that aspect of your life. Some Resource Centers also contain expert articles, exercises, and helpful web links. The 10 wellness statements for that section of the assessment and their corresponding commentaries are accessible at the bottom of each Wellness Resource Center.

The Wellness Resource Centers can be accessed from My Wellness Homepage, and from the Wellness and Satisfaction Scores pages, as well as in the email reminders containing your Personal Wellness Action Plan.



My Wellness Home Page
This is your gateway to all of the features of the Wellness Inventory. When you log in to the Wellness Inventory, you arrive on "My Wellness Homepage." This is a dynamic center that enables you to maximize the program's features. Here you can:

  • Start a new wellness assessment.
  • View your 12 Wellness Scores and Satisfaction Scores.
  • Create a personal action wellness plan.
  • Edit and update your personal wellness plan.
  • Change the frequency of your email reminders.
  • Access "My Wellness Journal" to reflect about your wellness progress.
  • Access Self-Study Center to read commentaries on the 120 statements in the assessment.
  • Access articles, exercise, and wellness tools and resources in the 12 Resource Centers.
  • Compare the scores of two personal assessments to monitor your progress.
  • Edit your User Profile and change your password.
