Understanding My Strengths

The following list shows the statements in each of the 12 sections of the Wellness Inventory to which your response indicates a high level of wellness. These are your areas of strength.

Wellness, Self-Responsibility, and Love
I check in with my body several times each day to attune to the signals and signs that it is giving me.    ('Commentary
I protect myself from hazards (e.g., not smoking, wearing seatbelts, using smoke detectors in my home, not riding in a vehicle with an inebriated driver, etc.).    Commentary
